The Emirates Dubai 7s is getting ready for yet another big weekend in the desert. They just announced pop star Melanie C and chart-topping UK DJ/producer Jax Jones as the first acts to perform on the festival’s popular Beats On 2 Stage. The event will take place at The Sevens Stadium from Friday 27th – Sunday 29th November 2026. This is right before the UAE’s National Day Holiday. Melanie C will play on Saturday night playing a variety of House, Techno and Disco music. Then Jax Jones will play his famous Dance Anthems on Sunday night. Over the last few years, the festival has grown beyond just being a tournament for Rugby Fans. It is now a huge event with thousands of people attending each day for the Festival Atmosphere, Open Air Concerts and Community Buzz. More Artists are expected to be announced soon so there is lots of excitement about what Entertainment Schedules look like for this year.
Professional Athletes from around the world will begin their International Sevens Campaign by competing at the Emirates Dubai 7s before traveling to other cities including Cape Town, Singapore, Perth and New York. At the same time, the festival features large scale Grassroots Tournaments for Men’s and Women’s Amateur Rugby, Netball (Presented by Dubai Holding Community Management), Cricket (Presented by Dulsco Group), Rebound Padel and WODON3 Fitness Competitions. For the first time ever, Gaelic Football is part of the Sporting Line Up for this November’s Emirates Dubai 7s.
To celebrate the UAE’s Year of the Family, The Sevens Stadium is creating the biggest Kids’ Zone ever! There will be a full-sized Ferris Wheel and Zipline to help kids stay busy when they aren’t watching matches. Since the festival takes place during the last week of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, there are many different types of events happening throughout the weekend. These include Competitive Sports, Casual Games and Family Friendly Activities for everyone in the Community.
Tickets for General Admission are still priced the same way they were last year and the year before. Three-Day Passes cost AED 595 and Single-Day Admissions start at AED 75. Children under 15 do not need a ticket. Families can purchase Family Passes, Groups can get discounts on bulk purchases and People of Determination have special pricing options available via the Official Event App and Website. If you’d like to get closer to the Music, there are new VIP Options for Beats On 2 on both Saturday and Sunday. A Fast Pass allows you to skip lines, receive Free Welcome Drinks and use Raised Viewing Platforms. The Beats On 2 VIP Lounge gives you Reserved Seating, Light Grazing Menus and Dedicated Table Service while watching Pitch 2. You can also opt for Premium Hospitality in The Sunroom. Here you’ll find Shaded Grandstand Seats along with All-Inclusive Dining right in front of the Main Tournament Pitch.
