Redefining Wellness Through Measurable Longevity
The UAE continues to establish itself as a highly resilient and thriving global hub for entrepreneurship and health innovation. Marking an ambitious step in the evolution of regional wellness, Dubai-born brand Kcal has launched what it describes as the world’s first 360 longevity programme. Sixteen years after opening its first doors in the emirate, the homegrown company is bridging the gap between everyday eating habits and measurable preventive healthcare.

Rather than relying on generic wellness advice or temporary diets, the structured 12-week programme unites four critical pillars under one unified routine. By combining clinical biology, clean nutrition, intelligent hydration, and advanced supplementation, this initiative integrates often-separated wellness endeavors into a singular, data-backed protocol designed to deliver verifiable results.
The framework operates on a realistic cycle of five days on and two days off across the 12 weeks, providing 60 full delivery days from Monday through Friday. Weekends sit outside the structured delivery schedule, encouraging participants to independently maintain foundational wellness habits like quality sleep and daily movement.
Every journey begins with clinical biology, featuring a comprehensive 26-marker blood panel conducted at the client’s home or office by European diagnostics leader Unilabs. This test evaluates blood sugar, metabolism, cardiovascular health, liver function, vitamins, and hormones to establish a clear baseline. A dedicated nutritionist reviews these results to inform the client’s journey, and the exact same test is repeated under identical conditions at Week 12 to directly measure physiological changes rather than relying on a bathroom scale.
Following the initial diagnostics, the program seamlessly integrates clean nutrition and hydration into the daily routine. Participants receive three meals and two snacks daily, adhering strictly to a framework of half greens, a quarter lean protein, and a quarter healthy fats and complex carbohydrates. Prepared exclusively with olive oil, the daily nutrition averages 1,900 calories for men and 1,500 calories for women, remaining entirely free from seed oils and processed ingredients. To complement the food, clients consume two daily sugar-free sachets of Kcal Hydra+ to optimize cellular endurance, alongside a daily Kcal Core supplement featuring 38 active, transparently labeled ingredients like NMN and collagen.
By introducing clinical diagnostics into meal planning, the programme shifts the conversation from subjective feelings of wellbeing to hard data. As Kcal Founder and CEO Andreas Borgmann noted, while it is easy to say certain foods are beneficial, starting and finishing a program with comprehensive blood work allows clients to see exactly what has changed internally.
The logistics are structured entirely around busy schedules, with customized meal deliveries beginning three days after the initial nurse visit. To ensure hands-on guidance and close monitoring by the clinical and nutrition teams, the initial launch cohort is strictly capped at 50 participants. The programme is priced at AED 233 per day for women and AED 250 per day for men across the 60 delivery days, with flexible installment options available through Tabby.
